As seen at Yahoo Message Board ; by today quikly as usually some faked Chinese defense by the Hong Kong Reuters Office in form
"ZTE has obtained global certification on the security front".
Reuter has also an image to lose and therefore should also be
aware that certifications are not be made by Reuters for the
western civilised world. For certifications are only national
governments and international organisations responsible where
EU, Japan and US, Etc. governments are represented and by prior
evaluations and cooperation of them, a resulting global-certificate is may issued.
For what ZTE still has to wait for, even the chances
for ZTE look not good if not even as impossible according
of experiences and ZTE is not the only company in the world
to provide the technology for internet necessary.
