Appears the CEO was just a common college drop-out and then lied about it. Hmmm...could this have something to do with his rapidly declining health.
After World Health sued New York-based private investor Crusader Investments LLC in February for breach of contract, the company and McDonald were sued for $20 million for libel by Transaction Advisory Services, a subsidiary of Crusader.
As part of that suit, in a letter to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Transaction claimed McDonald misrepresented himself by falsifying his resume.
Transaction claims McDonald said he was a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, but that it has a transcript showing McDonald attended the school but did not graduate.
