The problem with your argument, Deadboy, is that you really DON'T know what you are talking about. You just throw mud against the Tivus wall and hope something sticks. That isn't KNOWING what you are talking about.
Now, to the remainder of posters, there are other ways to get reticent ceo's to respond. They would probably hurt any potential future of Tivus, but they are alternatives to just sitting and moaning. CEO's do not like telephone calls from "partners" who are being flooded with calls from investors trying to get information that their company should be sharing. I suggest SP give us some sign of cooperation by ungagging the TA asap. Other ideas are welcome. Let's gather ideas before beginning any action, and I suggest that anything we do be done en mass. R3
