So now that the fact that there is no long term contract with BAO is discovered, you are still going to hold onto the HOPE that they may come back to us in the future, and you are fighting that fact?

Lets be serious for a minute, anyone can enter into a contract with CWRN if both sides agree. It was hyped that BAO was going to do so. They did not. They could in the future like everyone else. There is no indication that will or won't happen.

In short, there is no imminent deal with BAO as was hyped. Case closed.
