SP needs to understand the concept behind people investing in a "public" company versus a "private" one. Hiding information from shareholders while you thank them for their support and patience doesn't make a company public. Ungag the TA, Shiva, and start talking to us. If you are continuing to dump stock, tell us why. I think we probably have enough shares on this board to force a public meeting if we have to, and SP, this may be your technology, but that doesn't mean you should be the ceo. It is our company and I start getting a little testy when ceo's treat their shareholders like puppets. JMHO. R3
