I actually did my DD and that's why I disagree. Most of the BB companies are all the same...They have a lot of "bark" on em. That's the problem and the opportunity. On balance, I see more upside than downside in the deal. Looked at where Ritchie is positioning this directionally. Its a big story and he seems to have the support of the celebrities. I think there are a lot of people who hate the Eade guy but that's neither here nor there. He is LAWYER. Can't blame the deal or the author in my books but if you look at what Ritchie is actually doing, he' is putting the pieces together and building a company for the long term. So I respectively disagree with you on this.
