I didn't recall JB's signature being on any of the contracts, just Scott's and Keith's. Keith signed on the part for The Big Company which clearly states if they do not promote phonegaurd or have the artist JB promote phonegaurd, then they don't get paid their monthly dues. So legally JB doesn't have to do anything and on May 2 all contracts will most likely be canceled. Just one last pump on old news from Opmg to get the price up alittle so they can convert and dilute millions of shares.
