I seem to remember insider buying by the C.E.O. 50 million shares. I don't remember the exact price, but it was alot higher than it is now.

Adjusted for the stock dividend, the price a few months ago was 0.0017. If it was that high not too long ago, no reason that I see why it couldn't go back to that price with news of some revenue producing deals.
