( round numbers ahead ) just before the close, 5,000,000 shares seemed to sudddenly trade at $0.0040 and $0.0045 or so .

5,000,000 shares at $0.0040 to $0.0045 is around $20,000 to $22,500 max.

which, if the buy was made by one investor all at once, is a pretty good investment. made suddenly, in a few minutes, at the close . i'd call it a substantial investment ( well, it would be to me anyway )
