Jagman... that was my first call when I got back, I talked to Todd Yocham for about 30 minutes and we discussed the investor frustrations and lack of volume and the share price.

His reaction was one of 'we are not concerned about the share price' I have heard this statement before from CEO's that are more concerned about building a company rather than a mega blast to inflate their net worth. I discussed the lack of information and the only thing I got was 'once we are ready for a larger board and we will disclose our proven reserves then investors will take notice.'

I came away from that meeting with the realization that he is an independently minded Texan and as he told me 'he knows what he has got and would rather wait' Truthfully he is in the cat bird seat, with only 2 million in the float he holds the trump card with his 10 to 15 million shares, the balance of the 22.5 million shares are with other officers of the company.

Needless to say I want my portfolio to grow like everyone else's and I do know that one day the little decimal place in the stock price will move one digit to the right. If you look at the Aug 2 press release third quarter BOE's is 94,483... multiply that by say $53 per barrel well head price and you get a profit of $5 million.. or by 4 and a yearly profit of 20 million which is a earnings per share of about .93$
So the stock is trading at $1.65 Divided by .93 = p/e of 1.77, that's a great number if you are buying but for the holders of this stock it sucks.

I would strongly urge any investor concerned about this stock price to call Tandem for themselves
the number is 432-686-7136
Michey Cunningham ext 1118
Tod Yocham ext 9624

Personally I don't care if you tell them to get their head out of their oil well, we need this stock price over $4.00 per share for the AMEX listing....maybe a call in campaign will make them realize they are now a public company and have a responsibility to their shareholders.
