The conversion of DIMEQ is delayed until the LTW Stipulation becomes final. This cannot happen until the passing of the April 16, 2012 objection deadline for the "Government Parties." If no objection is filed by the "Government Parties" then the "Final Effective Date" will be April 16, 2012. If any such objection is lodged then there will be a hearing on the matter.
