No way that came from the company -

so technologies like the one that GOSY is developing become more and more important to the success of robotics in general.

GOSY has been using the SafePath algoritym since before 1999. No "is developing" to it. GOSY "is migrating" to robotic and non robotic platforms because new depth camera tech makes it cheaper than the sensor arrays they were using and the price has come down to the point where it is a real, marketable product, not just R&D.

ZMP is a premier robotic research company in Japan, they need the tech for ongoing projects.

GOSY's new technology, SafePath, is designed to allow for automated and semi-automated travel of robotic equipment, using currently-available technologies and processes to bring us ever closer to the future.

No mention of semi-automated robots anywhere on GOSY site or PRs. Actually the comment is laughable - ALL ROBOTS ARE AUTOMATED. Even the one DaVinci invented that used ropes and pulleys.

This blurb was written by a dunce that doesn't have a clue what he's talking about.
