It was dillution that brought the stock down to its current level. If that has subsided then your right, level 2 should start to look better and bid support will start to grow. At any point though that could change. Its something that takes constant monitoring. All we need here is for the dillution to stop and to get some good news and its off to the races. Oil and gas are always hott in the penny world!
