agreed. i guess what i was saying was more meant to highlight the swings of emotions we've gone through. If you told me in December that all this activity would've happened this year, I'd be ecstatic at the possibilities right now. I still agree with Josey and Salty that there are still some red flags to be afraid of. I'm just noting the general gloomy feeling most seem to have on the news while I'm more happy that Rod put out ANYTHING. I figured we'd rot before we'd heard anything. lol. Hopefully we soon get an 8k for funding LOI and they have enough time before April 20th to close the deal or we might get another extension PR.
