Everyone seems to be missing the point here. This isn's fraud in the least, this is a tragic example of people flogging a story that will never make money. Qtrax/Brilliant wont ever make money and the model is flawed from the begining. I am actually shocked to see the amount of people following this worthless security. I agree that this is not fraud...this is a business model that will never work that has been sold to unsuspecting investors. Bottom line, buyer beware, and investors should have done thier homework.
