I came to the same conclusion but they have not been dutiful and the sec has suspended the stock. Now they are also saying they want to wait until summer for another fight card. A month ago paul feller was interviewed and he stated he wanted to do one show per month this year. Either this is strategic or representative of a failure. I cant see what the strategy of this could be. It only makes them look bad. I would think it hurts their chances of getting uplisted down the road. What does everyone else think?
