Dear LongTimeObserver

Thank you. I'm not so long involved with VELA, but I have quiet
a large amount of this stock and now by some strategy I'm definitely working on the going-out procedure to get at least
80% of my investment back, what's not so easy by sometimes also smaller volumes and timing, which will keep me quiet busy for some time to come. I think specially in the USA, the Laws and
Regulations for Companys at the Stockmarket and Fonds, should
be better to reduce the abuse potential today may possible.
