Today's PR is a sleight of hand designed to trick readers.

The key words here are program, close and project.

Note what words are missing: contract, customer, revenue.

What wasn't announced was a $3.4M contract with a named customer, but it does read that way to someone who wants to believe.

144.25M shares sold at $0.0001 today though.

Further per our February 6, 2012 news release, our Solar Panel program has enabled SavWatt to close its first major Solar Panel EPC project totaling $3.4 million in New Jersey.



If the TA is gagged you can bet it's not in the shareholders best interest.
