The only thing that can help Baltia now is a governor or senator from New York state applying internal pressure to the FAA concerning the approval of the manuals. Otherwise it could take a change of administrations after the November elections to influence a re-emphasis on the manuals, and I dont think Baltia has the lungs to last that long. I hope Im wrong about this but I have a bad feeling about it.
