We already knew that the company was in debt using shares if you did your DD. They are getting more shares and paying in shares instead of taking out a bank loan.

Companies often have to borrow money to get running or keep running. This isn't always a negative people. A negative would be "hey we are going bankrupt"

They are advertising, they are trying to get into stores and they have started selling product. Not a lot of product but still.

I think that we will be fine. Someone is buying 5,000,000 shares for a reason yes no?
