How is it "fraud" if what Oracle said is true and HP wanted to extend Itanium's lifespan? Sounds like HP also wanted to ensure a healthy Itanium software base for years to come. That's not fraud, that's prudent strategic planning.

We now have Larry Ellison admitting that PO didn't really tell him Itanium was near EOL after all, and another Intel Executive confirming that Intel's contract with HP extends through 2022 with HP's option to extend.

Oracle's case sounds pretty weak to me, BWDIK?
