Sounds like a general solicitation and an offer to sell securities. Where is the filing on SEC.gov and Dollar are you registered to offer the offerings? Any concept on integration and how it impacts the multiple offerings? The company using an un-registered poster to solicit shares in an offering, seriously? Wow, I did not know the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission allowed posters to solicit the sale of shares. ????
