There are risky penny stock plays and then there are penny stock scams. The latter is where every year they trot out big pending news, pump up the price, the insiders and the big private shareholders dump into the news and it's back to the basement until the next year. Lather, rinse and repeat for 14 years. You don't even need a deal to make a darn good living.
