Experience is often the best teacher as they say....not to appear redundant...but I am simply NOT satisfied with the response to my question relating to the 90 million shares of restricted shares ...convertible to 10 shares of common stock each per the otc site on mexp.....are the 900 million potential
Shares of common that could conceivably come on the market
Included in current authorized share total of 1 billion?....can't be?......also still concerned that the shares where issued to entities that appear to be under the control of management...where right above that disclosure in previous filings....management is stated to have NO preferred shares...
At least officially NOT in their names per se....suppose this sort of thing is common....but could appear a bit misleading considering some of the other issues that keep getting mentioned on Ihub awaiting responses.
