fairly valued you have to be kidding right ..earnings went up bigtime and the stock is trading close to bookvalue...so...what else do you hold which you think is undervalued...will sure be a company with explosive earnings and trading below bookvalue..my guess is that the stock will trade at around these levels untill the tender offer is over..
