What's more important than reaching .33 is the volume level.

We must have a high volume sell-off if we are going to finally turn around this stock. It's akin to burning an entire field to clear it so that new crops can finally grow.

If we reach .33 without this high-volume selloff, then we still must wait for it and it then may come at an even lower PPS than .33
