What you have is third hand information on what a CEO supposedly said and that answer would be accurate if there was no dilution on the part of the company. CEO's don't know where shares are coming from that cause the sp to drop if there isn't dilution on the part of the company.

Seems to me that the same people here want to claim the company is diluting which then would make the CEO's response a lie. We should be finding out soon who is right
