Expect nothing from the liquidating trust right now - if things go well for the cancellation of unsettled claims, there *may* be enough cash to hit those interests, and the amount you'd get paid would depend on how much cash the liquidating trust has on hand at that time. At any rate, it probably won't happen for at least several months - we still have to adjudicate the pending claims, and then the liquidating trust will still have to pay the remaining creditors who aren't yet made whole.

If things do not go well for canceling unsettled claims, we will not see a dime from the liquidating trust.

I have a social disorder (although it's not quite full blown Asperger's), and can come across differently than intended...if you're offended by something I've said, I probably didn't mean it with such animosity - please take it with a grain of salt. :)
