AIV OLED PROJECT LEADING GROUP HOLD FIRST MEETING 2012-03-27

On March 20, 2012, President Guo Jinlin attended Xinyang
industrial city, electronic industrial park, AIV OLED Project Leading
Group’s first meeting held by Xinyang municipal government, to solve
problems and difficulties occurred during the construction process of
the project.
Leaders such as Mayor of Xinyang Guo Ruimin ,Municipal party
committee, managing vice mayor Feng Ming, vice mayor Zhang Mingchun,
Assistant Mayor Wang Yong also attended the meeting.
Guo Jinlin introduced the progress of AIV OLED Project to the
leaders at the meeting.
After listening to the basic situation and the progress, Guo
Ruimin pointed out that Xinyang now has a very good basis to develop
.On the fisrt hand, the improvement of traffic condition greatly
promotes Xinyang’s location advantage, and is also very attractive
during the industrial transfer process. On the second hand , the trend
of the coastal manufacturing move inland in the national scope
provides the rare opportunities of Xinyang’s development.On the third
hand,15 industry gathering areas are all industrial transfer
platforms. We must make good use of the conditions, grab the
opportunity through this platform of industry gathering areas , do
good job in the investment promotion, and advance the project
construction.
As far as the AIV OLED Project concerned, Guo Ruimin emphasized
attaching great importance .It is a new project with new style and
new technology. ,and also in a new area, In the course of development
of xinyang ,the project is of epoch-making significance. It is also a
great project with a tremendous amount of total investment, and will
bring huge benefit to Xinyang city after the completion.
Guo Ruimin required: 1. To offer services actively. Related
department together, from the formation of the proposal to the
productivity of reality, we shall offer services actively with a
highly responsible attitude.2. To always provide the service. In the
course of project, and each stage of the work, we must prepare in
advance, and never let any particular unit work below standard affect
the whole process.3. To provide efficient service. The relevant
departments shall provide the best service with the fastest speed, the
highest quality, according to the enterprise needs.4.To provide close
service. We shall advance the project construction to provide all
aspects of service heart and soul.
Guo Ruimin stressed the need of “Supernormal operation”. This
world advanced level and domestic first-class technology OLED project
in Xinyang is unusual itself.
In this case, we should operate unusually, accelerate the
construction speed, and strive for the first to put into production.
Meanwhile, there are also 3 “tilts”. 1. The leading power to tilt. We
should put the project into the scope of supervision, as a key project
to superintendent itself. .Any department involved shall put the
service project construction in the first place.2. The allocation of
resources to tilt. Land, capital, the water supply, the power supply
and the surrounding other facilities to be preferred. 3. The
preferential policies to tilt. One preferential policies shall one by
one be put into place.
Guo Ruimin required the various government departments to promote
together. and each related units of Xinyang industrial city
departments shall bunch and service actively, to advance the product
construction.
Vice mayor Feng Ming and Zhang Mingchun also put forward the
specific requirements on construction of the project.
