Yes, dilution is bad with an A/S of 15B shares. We will never see those price levels imo. Enough with the delays and now the OTCBB news? LOL...That gives them another 90-180 days. IF this is the homerun that many of us believe, then why not have this so called ghost investor/fund load all the shares they can here. No brainer right?

Something does not make sense when you see all this pressure on the ask. It never ends.
