Bob, I had been expecting much better things from THK. Clearly, they are having troubles executing, and adding more companies via acquisition seems like adding gas on to the fire.

I sold first thing this AM.

The emphasis in the PR upon "EBITDA" as the appropriate investment metric is a scary reminder of the internet days....

I have no problem using free cash flow multiples, but THK doesn't even have that at present.

Second of my pick 6 to disappoint BADLY. IIG the other one.
