Why wait to run this stock you ask, RJ? Here's my guess. I believe someone stated that Dan said he was buying some stock himself. So, if I were him and could run the stock whenever I wanted, I would wait until I had a buttload of tradeable stock that I would have available to sell when the run appears to be over.

I don't know how long Dan's stock is restricted, but running it now, would do him no good, if he can't sell. Just my opinion.
