No, I don't think so either. Sorry if I came off sounding that way.

I was simply trying to think ahead to the constant "same old, same old" arguments we hear ad nauseum about Kim's past CC's where the constant complaint has been voiced where "nothing was actually said."

Personally, I think if Kim would file an 8-K that KBLB was being bought out by DuPont (or SIAL, etc.) for $5 a share, some here would still complain that he should have signed the deal in blue ink instead of black.
