And there lies the catch. We know there is a name change filed that will probably hit any day now. What we dont know is if he filed for the R/S in conjunction with this symbol change.

Yesterdays dump was dilution (IMO) and since it was done without any fanfare I can't help but think he is maxing the A/S in preperation for the upcoming name change and an R/S. Unfortunately that's how these companies typically operate.

I hope I am wrong and there is another pop because I own a boatload of this thing.
