The Bank is a Florida state-chartered commercial bank. The Company offers a range of commercial and retail banking services. Its product lines include personal and business online banking and sweep accounts tied to Goldman Sachs funds, in addition to its traditional banking products. Through the Bank’s subsidiary, Fountain Financial, Inc., and its marketing agreement with New England Financial (an affiliate of MetLife), the Company offers investment and insurance products to its customers. On November 16, 2010, the Company completed the acquisition of Atlantic BancGroup, Inc. and its wholly owned subsidiary, Oceanside Bank.
