A few points. For some odd reason, I'm not privy to the CHAT itself, so I'm working off the digest. Thanks DOLLAR…

1) Of course, all of these acquisitions have to take place for such pie-in-the-sky numbers. Just one of them occurring would amaze me. How do broke penny companies "acquire" supposedly profitable indie businesses? As a profitable indie biz owner, especially in this economy, I certainly wouldn't be trading it for speculative shares of a penny stock. Neither would any other sensible business owners. That means the financing, with real dollars, has to come through. Not saying it can't, just saying there are a ton of chips that all have to be legit and fall in the right place.

2) Determining the profitability of these acquisition targets requires real due diligence, not Pennyland proclamations of DD. Hard evidence of the health of these targets should be accessible to all via a prospectus. SOP for real investments.

3) The mixing of all this public and "creative" private financing (oven leases, acquisitions, etc) all while the stock itself is steadily tanking is a bit of a concern. I thought the oven leases were pretty much sold out. What's going on with all that?

4) The current halt in production is a bit… concerning?

5) All while there are very little sales, and apparently halted production, there are so many irons in the fire that's it's bedazzling. Add to that all the recent L2 and chart chatter and this is starting to sound more like a typical drawn-out pink ATM vs the real biz that originally attracted me. I don't want to believe that SMKY is just about penny drama, and I still don't. I think it's the real deal, or at least trying to be. But maybe that's me being a sucker.

6) I'm still long, not that it would make much sense to sell at this point anyway. But I'm looking forward to seeing more results (production and sales!), and less speculation and pie-in-the-sky penny chatter.

My disclaimer: I wasn't there for the actual chat, so I'm going off a digest, which DOLLAR kindly provided. And I trust his/her account to be solid. However, if I'm missing some nuances, I'm all ears.
