There is no issue here as exactly as that and the image used, thus far, is in the most simplest form and as noted on the CannaCig page that other technology aspects are not shown for trade secret reasons. It is clear that the technology used in in the devices will be different in detailed aspects, such as you pointed out the Green Smoke uses a cartomizer and the CannaCig uses a automizer.
Once complete details from both the CannaCig and the Pocket Puffer become public info, after patent applications are filed, the differences will be clear. Until then, I am very comfortable knowing the technology will be different (thus NO legal issues) as using a cartomizer to vaporize nicotine is far different than the technology RFMK developed to vaporize the active ingredient in a automizer. Especially since the Pocket Puffer will use RFMK developed technology to automize the users active agent and not a set formula.
RFMK is only supplying very simple technology information, that also used industry wide by many, without detailing trade secrets. Those HUGE details are to come soon enough....very very soon enough!! :)
