Brian, I have asked for as many factual statements AS POSSIBLE. As you have said in your statement, "Nobody on this board can post anything 100% factual because nobody knows what's going on here."

So here is the big "non-factual" things I alluded to: 1. Tivus has to uplist (SP has already said this!). 2. A RS is more than likely then a buyback if Tivus has no money (duh!) 3. They are creating a partnership with Host (SP said that on the talk radio) 4. It is going to take time to complete a complicated partnership (SP has said this and to that I would add, "DUH!"). This just isn't hard to extrapolate from what has been said by SP. Now, if you think him a liar, then there are no facts. Period. GLTY. R3
