It always comes down to PROMOTION, but you have to have something to promote. A lot of OTC pinkies run promotions based on hott air. If MWWC is different then it has nothing to worry about by running a legit promotion. The question comes down to if they have the goods and deals to promote.

As of right now it seems they dont have anything to promote, and thus the sell off from .015 to .0015
