R J (Randy) Pipkin's election to the Board of Directors.
Ronn Motor Company announced today that it has elected Mr. Pipkin to serve on its Board of Directors. Mr. Pipkin majored in Business with a minor in Accounting from Angelo State University. His business experience includes many years in the oilfield services industry. Mr. Pipkin has been the President and Owner of several oilfield services companies including: ServUco Trucking (1971 to 1976), Royal Tubular Service (1973 to 1976), Frac Tank Rentals (1976 to 2011). Currently Mr. Pipkin is the Managing Partner of PGBW, LLC, Pipkin & Gray, LTD and HSB Permian, LLC. Mr. Pipkin's operational experience involved day-to-day management of trucks, oilfield tubular inspection and rental equipment. Mr. Pipkin also serves on the Board of Directors of Grand Bank with locations in Grand Prairie, Dallas, Horseshoe Bay and Mable Falls.
