you are correct airdale but if you request with your brokerage account to cerify the shares you own that forces them to cover the shares as you are asking for the certificate :) now Fidelity won't give me the certificate because it is my 401K but they will mark them as Legal. I did this with one other stock and that is how I know that part. ;)
