A couple things though, you have to place an order for at least 5,000 shares in order for them to see it (unless someone else is bidding the same $ amount, so if you bid 3,500 @ .08 and someone else bids for 4,000 shares @ .08, then they will see 7,500 shares bid at .08) The other thing I noticed, he doesn't seem to want to pay brokers fees for only 5,000 shares. I think you got filled on your 5,000 shares today because I had bid for 12,500 and you had bid for 5,000 so he bought 17,500 on one transaction. Hope that helps. Good luck on your trades.
