Nope,

Not neccesarily barcoding in particular but any tracking reference.
Trouble is there is no will because I suspect
a) most of the regulators are accomplises
b) It might well, if corrected lead to a collapse of the market.

But its no different to tracking goods a la Fedex etc
Guess this is a discussion we should take to a SHO board.
