Short the rallies and cover the dips.
You are part right. The COMPQ and the Qs are trending more than others. When I believe we are going up I am more apt to buy the dips and sell the rallies. When I believe we are going down I am more apt to short the rallies and cover the dips.
You and I just have a diferent slant on where we are going. I believe the highs for the year are in. You do not.
We shall see.
