I totally agree, Yellowdog. This deal is done and the future is very bright. The next step is Tivus uplisting to another stock exchange and the recent dilution (and it is necessary dilution) is for their audit expenses. They won't get that revenue until the uplist is finished and Host finishes the contract. The uplist is a MUST from Host's perspective. Fortune 500 companies won't finalize a partnership with a pinky stock company. So, it is the QX or QB that is on the horizon, and why I think that a RS is closer than we think. Personally, I see the RS as a necessary inconvenience. Without capital, SP can't do a buyback. R3
