All of this is reported in the 10K. It clearly shows how much Rabin and Caldwell estate still hold. As well as all other officers with the company.



Caldwell is obviously not an insider anymore, the estate is not required to file Form 4's or anything else as they are not holders of 10%. The 10K to my knowledge does not show shares retained by Caldwell or estate, nor should they...thanks
