I love it!! so sweet!!!

I bet you're ECSTATIC!

I'm so happy now too because two of my rentals went under contract the same day! (people start looking this time of year for college kids).

yes those are my toesies and it's sitting up at the bohio of the place I'm staying at.

I've also been offered a job down here as a condo/home sales rep for the English speaking clients :)

I didn't want to talk about it yesterday until the ink was dry as that might have cursed it (superstitious).
