Yes you and they are right Easy,

But it seems so easy to rectify. barcode certificates !!

I find it ironic and hypocritical that the German chancellor would lecture (as he did a couple of months ago) the US on the problems of naked shorting !

They need to put there house in order first. Berlin and Frankfurt Bourse's are notorious.
