Warrants are options to buy stocks at given prices. This means that when GDSM is .25 a share, if you have a 100k shares at a .10 Warrant, that mean you can buy 100k shares at .10 in stead of .25. The only way said Warrants are valuable is if the price of the stock exceeds the Warrant price.

The fact that they accepted these Warrants show that they believe the price will go higher then the Warrant price. Great news for all of us.
