I think people confuse mou's on this board for contracts... Thy are not contracts and are not meant to mislead people into believing it is a contract... Mou's are signed every day by thousands of companies as wikipedia calls it "a more formal alternative to a gentleman's agreement ".... So we should probably stop stomping on them about it
